The aspect of motivation is done by taking right steps such as revising, analyzing, altering, reforming and reshuffling the job-related content and dimensions. This will increase the variety of roles and functions to motivate employees and make them feel as an important asset of the organization.

There are two major factors that influences a flexible work schedule to be needed by employees in any business entity. One, is the need to balance between the work and family responsibility. The employees prefer time with their families as this being part of human life. Most of the employees are usually driven by work to satisfy and provide needs of the social aspects in family relations. When there are flexible work schedule workers will be motivated. From such flexibilities employees are intrinsically satisfied. Furthermore, their satisfactions increase organizations’ productivity through better service delivery. The second reason is influenced by the need to have job freedom and sharing hours. All employees need some degree of freedom that they can freely come to work and leave provided that their work is done effectively. As job sharing allows workers to agree among themselves the two or more individuals to spilt duties.

In conclusion, the Six Sigma helps many organizations improve quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency due to its preciseness. This because it is a practical approach to business problems and challenges. In a nutshell the six sigma uses numbers, measurements and statistics to identify process, inefficiencies and then uses it to strategically plan in eliminating problems in business organizations.
