With the use of your observations and anecdotal record, students will create an emergent curriculum plan for Levi that includes the following subject areas: Math, Literacy/Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Art, Music & Movement, and Dramatic Play. A total of seven (7) activities will make up the curriculum plan.
Activities must be developmentally appropriate, play-based, and support Levi’s needs: physical, social, emotional, linguistic, & cognitive. The purpose of developing an emergent curriculum is for students to integrate content areas and opportunities for development across the curriculum.
