Integrated Circuit Technology

Audience

The audience for this paper is the Information Technology and computer science experts or any other person interested in learning about the IC technology.

Preliminary Investigation

An introductory investigation of this topic establishes that the IC Technology has been advanceming progressively since its inception in 1950s. It is also clear that the technology solved the efficiency and space challenges encountered in the discrete circuits.

Purpose

The purpose of this paper is to study the evolution of the IC technology, how it works and its application in the field of medicine. The paper will also examine the present and future trends in this technology.

Information

To accomplish the purpose, I will need to find information that details what IC technology is and how it has been advanced over the years. I will also need information on how the technology works and how it is applied in medicine as well as what the future holds for the IC technology.
